we do not accept any returns or offer refunds. as each of our piece is thoughtfully made with love just for you. However, we do understand that sometimes a style might not turn out as what you expected. That’s why we offer exchanges, Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

To request an exchange:

Email us sale@kritiraa.com at or WhatsApp us on +91-9833479711 with your order number within 48 hours of receiving the package and ship the package back to us yourself (shipping at your cost),

Once we receive the returned package:

Exchanges are delivered within 5-6 business days.

If any damaged / defective products are inspected and accepted then it will be delivered within 5 to 6 business days
